The unit play cards are shuffled each move. Cards are turned over one by one - units can only move or take action when their card comes up. This creates a fog of war effect. For example you may not be able to move a unit when its card comes up as there is another unit in the way.

Unit play cards...
I am working
on the unit play cards at the moment. In all 40 unit cards are
required (20 for each side). I use blank playing cards (both sides). I
found a suitable image for the back and I am using the unit flags and
other images for the front. I print out each side on laser address
labels and put them onto the cards.
