Sedan Chair Mini-Project (part 1)
To have a break of sorts from little green men, I've started work on a sedan chair that will be carried slung between two horses. The inspiration for this comes from a lovely illustration in Eduard Wagners European Weapons & Warfare 1618-48,

That book is a goldmine! I only wish there were similar books on other eras! Have fun crafting your chair!
I await with interest and look forward to seeing what you come up with. I too have the book and it is indeed a veritable goldmine of ideas and inspiration.
p.s if anyone does know of a similar book for other eras do please let us know.
Eduard Wagner also did one entitled 'Medieval Costume, Armour and Weapons', haven't seen a copy of it though
